Tangy Raw mango with chana dal is one such delicacy must one can resist... Traditionally from Maharashtra made during 'chaitra' month i.e.. first month of Hindu marathi calendar where the seasonal fruit is celebrated in all it's forms.
Steps

Grate raw mango and keep aside.

Drain soaked chana dal with green chillies and grind to coarse paste.

Take a bowl take dal paste add grated raw mango, salt, sugar and mix well.

Add coriander leaves and mix.

In a tadka pan heat oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves and pour it on mixture.

Ready to eat...
