Steps

Wash your rice and set aside

Grind your red pepper, scotch bonnet and onions

Heat your pot and pour palm oil when it starts frying add your chopped onions and grinded items and allow to fry for 5mnts

Now add water and add your seasoning, daddawa and allow the Water to boil

Add your already washed rice, dried fish, Cray fish and allow to cook
- 6
Serve with lettuce, cucumber and boiled egg
