Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsFish Egg
  2. 1big size Onion
  3. Fewchopped Green Chillies
  4. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  5. 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  6. 1 tspChicken masala
  7. to tasteSalt (to taste)
  8. 2 tbspMustard Oil
  9. As required(chopped Coriander)
  10. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  11. 1/2 tspvinegar

Cooking Instructions

    At first, wash the egg with cold water, there will be a thin skin hanging over the egg. Clean them very carefully as they are very soft.

    After washing them, take a bowl and mash the egg by using your hand.

    Marinate the paste with turmeric powder, chopped onion,Red Chilli Powder, Chicken masala,Salt,Chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, soya sauce, and vinegar. Put them aside.

    Heat oil in a pan.Make normal size flat round balls from the batter and shallow fry them.

    Fish egg fry is done..

    Serve fish egg fry hot
