Steps

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and fry the paneer cubes and lightly then keep it aside.

Heat the oil in same pressure cooker and fry the whole spices for 10 seconds then add the onion, ginger garlic paste and salt and fry it for 2 mins.

Now add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder and fry it for 5 minutes

Now add tomato paste and fry it till oil gets separate from it in the pan

Then add the green peas and paneer and fry it for 1min then add 1 cup water and cook it for 5 mins or till whistle of the pressure cooker

The matar paneer is ready to serve.
