Soak and wash the beans to remove the back. After washing add water and leave for awhile to allow it to get soft for easy and smooth grinding.

Season the liver and cook. Then dice and set aside. Blend the crayfish and set aside

Add the Tatashe, pepper, onions, ginger and garlic to the washed beans and grind.

Add the blended Crayfish, the liver salt, seasoning cube and oil while mixing the beans.

Add water and taste for salt. Pour desired quantity in the leathers and tie.

Put in fire and cook for an hour.

When cooked,dress in lettuce and garnish with green pepper and carrot.
