In a small bowl put water,add gelatin mix and allow it to bloom.

In another bowl put icing sugar,make a well at the centre

Add glucose,glycerine and flavour to the bloomed gelatine and then put it in a double boiling pot to melt and dissolve to a liquid.after mix the liquid mixture with the icing sugar.

Knead till the fondant is firm,roll and cover your cake.also you can use colors of your choice
