  • 2-3sweet potatoes
  • 100 gbacon
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and clean sweet potatoes, then slice

    Prepare the bacon

    Wrap the potatoes with bacon and place on a wire rack above a baking sheet lined with foil.season wit black pepper on top

    Bake at 200 for 15-20 mins.garnish with grated Carrot's.Serve with tomato sauce/ketchup
