This delicacy is prepared from shallow fried stuffed paneer in creamy, rich onion-tomato, cashewnuts- almonds smooth gravy.

This delicacy is prepared from shallow fried stuffed paneer in creamy, rich onion-tomato, cashewnuts- almonds smooth gravy.
Steps

First prepare Gravy..Dip tomatoes in hot water for 2 mins. Peel out the skins after 2 mins. In mixer jar first add & grind cashewnuts, almonds, kashmiri red chillies, cummin seeds, to coarse powder. Now add chopped onions and curd and grind to smooth paste. Remove in bowl. In same jar add tomatoes pieces and grind to thick liquid mixture.

In non-stick kadhai add, heat ghee add grinded cashewnuts-almond- onion- curd paste,saute for 5 mins. Then add thick tomato liquid mixture mix and simmer for 5 mins.

As the gravy being prepared..grind all mentioned ingredients for stuffing in small mixture jar to smooth paste.

Cut paneer into thin 1" slices. On this cut slice on one side apply prepared stuffing mixture. Cover with other paneer cut slice. Similarly prepared all slices.

In small bowl add corn flour,salt and water..mix to smooth paste. Dip the above prepared paneer pieces in it and shallow fry in hot oil to pinkish in colour.

At the time of serving.. add these fried paneer pieces in prepared gravy,also add salt simmer for 2 mins. Serve hot garnishing with fresh cream.
