1 cupwhip cream
1/4 cupcondensed milk
3-4 tspmala's strawberry crush
1 tspcheese essence
8-10fresh strawberry
1 cubecheese

Steps

Whip the cream till soft peaks. Than add condensed milk & again beat for 4-5 min. Add strawberry crush, cheese essence.beat more 1 min.add chopped fresh strawberry& grated cheese cube. Mix well. Pour into airtight container & put into freezer for 6-7 hours.

Take out with the icecream scooper. Enjoy it in a hot summer.
