Wash and slice the mushrooms. Slice onions and pepper. Add the three in a pan and fry until cooked (mine look a bit burnt 🙈 but it was very nice).

In the same pan scramble the eggs until cooked. If you like, fry tomatoes as well.

Slice the avocado and add the rest of the food on the plate and serve.
