Ingredients

  1. 250 gmLadyfinger
  2. As per needSpices (salt, turmeric, red chilli ,dry coriander, amchur)
  3. 2Onions (optional)
  4. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash ladyfinger and leave it for getting dry for 15 minutes

    Take a bowl add spices salt turmeric red chilli dry coriander amchur mix it well

  3. 3

    Now cut ladyfinger from one side and fill it with one pinch of mix spices

  4. 4

    Now take a pan add some oil then put ladyfinger in this pan cook it for 10 to 15 minutes now add onion if you want it's optional

  5. 5

    Bhrva Bhindi is ready to serve
