  • Fish
  • Tomatoes
  • Corriander
  • Onion
  • Green pepper
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry your onion till it turn golden brown

  2. 2

    Add your finelly chopped tomatoes, corriander, green pepper and crushed ginger and garlic. Cover and Let simmer for a minute

  3. 3

    Add your deepfried fish and cook for 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the lemon juice

  5. 5

    Searve with any vegetable and ugali
