Take 1/2 ripe watermelon. Peel the skin and chop it into small cubes.
Blend together the watermelon cubes and the other ingredients to a smooth puree. Pour it into Popsicle moulds and close with a lid. If you do not have Popsicle moulds, fill in small paper cups or glass cups. When it is partially set, insert the ice cream sticks. Continue to freeze until it is firmly set. It takes about 4-8 hours to freeze. - 2
When you are ready to eat, show the Popsicle moulds under running water or dip it in a bowl of warm water for about 10 seconds. Gently pull out the Popsicle and demould. Enjoy!!

Tips: You can also add jeera powder, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice for a different taste.
