  1. 250 gmspotol
  2. 1 cupCurd
  3. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  4. To taste Salt
  5. 1 Onion
  6. As requiredOil
  7. As per tasteRed chilli powder
  8. As neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut from middle to potol(parwal) and fry in oil

  2. 2

    Now in a pan add oil,saute onion,add curd and spices,water and start to stir well,add potol and boil for 5 minutes and serve
