Steps

Add semolina in hot wok and dry roast it.Keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds and green chillies when crackle add chopped onion and saute it.

Add grated potato and cook till soft the potato.

Now add black pepper,garam masala,lemon juice,salt,roasted semolina and as required water,cook till little thick consistency.

Add chopped green coriander and serve hot.
