Wash the rice....take a clean cooking pot and measure 4 cups of water add salt and cooking oil let it boil then pour your rice....reduce the heat and let it cook slowly once the water has reduced cover the cooking pot with a lid and let it simmer for five minutes.

Take a pan....put the chopped onions and cooking oil.let it cook for five minutes add the chopped capsicums (all)...and slowly cook for 5 minutes make sure they don’t over cook and they are still crunchy.Add the chopped tomatoes and two royco cubes.cover it and let it simmer for 10 minutes then stir. Put soy sauce to brawn the sauce.add a pinch of salt to your taste.stir then remove

In a clean bowl put rice and mix it in portions with the cooked vegetables until it blends

Then you can serve it while it’s hot with any stew or Avocado
