Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the onion and sauté till lightly browned.I used already cooked zeera rice. One can make with plain boiled rice.

Keep other vegetables ready

Once onions become translucent add green peas, carrot. Cover and cook for a while.

Now add bell peppers to it and sauté. Don’t overdo. Crunch should remain

Add pav bhaji masala according to your taste and mix well

Now add cooked rice and give a nice stir

One can add egg to the pan if want to include eggs in tawa pulav. Scramble the egg with the help of a ladle and mix in rice

Tawa pulav is ready
