In a pot add green tuver, jinjara, papdi, drumstick, baingan, guvar and Urad dal now Add 3 times the amount of water. Boil it 1/2 hours. Now add onion tamoto paste and ginger garlic paste.

Boil it again half an hour. Simmer In between. Now add lemon juice and salt. Boil it again 10 to 15 minutes now turn off gas and blend with blender. Again boil it 5 to 10 minutes. Varadiyu is ready serve with millet roti and onion.
