Take a pan heat on low flame, add some oil heat it, add mustard seeds allow it to crackle add the ginger-garlic paste and saute 5-6 sec.

Then add onion and saute till light brown then add tomatoes, turmeric powder and peas also cover with lid for 2 - 3 mins until soft.

After it add peanuts after 6 sec,add oats,water (as required)cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Add all ingredients,spices and green leaves.mix it well.Cook for 4 sec again and switch off the flame.

Now oats upma is ready to serve.
