1 cupbitter gourd outer layer
1 cupwheat flour
1 cupbesan
as neededSalt
3 tbsp oil
as neededCoriander powder
As neededturmeric powder
as neededred chilli powder
as neededJaggery

Add salt in bitter gourd outer layer and keep it for 5 mins and wash it with water and put it in pan. Add oil and masalas in pan.

Then stir it for some time and your bitter gourd Khichu is ready.
