  • 250 gmspointed gourd
  • 1/2 cuppoppy seed paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil and fry the pointed gourd.

    Add salt, turmeric powder and cover.

  3. 3

    Add red chilli powder and poppy seed paste.

    Add sugar and adjust salt and serve.
