Chop vegetables and potatoes into cubes fry those choped potatoes in veg oil after frying sieve and add all other vegetables in another pan, stir fry for 5mins and add your seasoning, salt, and all spices listed, after stir frying add your minced meat allow it to cook then add your potatoes and stir. here we go it's done
