Usually sundays are feast days but this week there was Good Friday and you know , we showed off . So I reckon there's no need to compete this Sunday and one pot wonders are the ultimate HIT to fill the space .

Usually sundays are feast days but this week there was Good Friday and you know , we showed off . So I reckon there's no need to compete this Sunday and one pot wonders are the ultimate HIT to fill the space .

Heat a pan on the stove for a few minutes and pour in cooking oil. Throw in the chicken pieces, season with salt and allow to brown on each side. The chopped onions, green pepper and chillies go into the chicken pot to gently fry and brown along.

Tip over a bowl of the grated tomatoes,spices, balsamic vinegar.Stir over and close the pot allowing the spices to cook through.

In goes potatoes and carrot mix and a cup of water.mix through and mould medium size balls of dough and place strategically allowing space between. Cover and allow to cook for 40 min close to an hour. (VERY IMPORTANT : do not open the pot at this stage)

NOTE :(Prepare the dough well in advance)Mix the dry ingredients together. Pour in warm water in bits as you mix and knead the dough until it's well together and does not stick anymore. Cover tightly and allow to rise.
