  • 1 cupchana daal
  • 2 cupsridge gourd chopped
  • As per tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Hea a wok,add oil and saute cumin,place daal and spices,along with spices and mix and cook by covering with a lid

    Cook until daal become mushy.
