Ingredients

  • 1 bowlboiled arhar daal
  • 1 sprigcurry leaves
  • 2 tbspgunger garlic chopped
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspkasuri methi
  • to tasteSalt
  • As per tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add mustard seeds let it crackle then saute ginger garlic.

  2. 2

    Add curry leaves,chopped tomato and spices mix and cook well.

  3. 3

    Add daal,garam masala,kasoori methi,mix and serve.
