Take a pan heat it, put 1tbs oil, add panchforan,when crackle, add parwal, stirring 5min in medium flame, parwal became soft now put turmeric, coriander powder and chilli powder cook 2/3min in high flame, when cooked off the flame and add amchoor powder and serve hot
