Souty chopped onion and chopped galic then add veges n souty it well after that add stock on it and then add water n boil after boiling add salt n pepper acording to taste and soaked rice.. cook n dumm.. in another bowl put 4 eggs salt n pepper mixed well n fry like omelette.. make scrumbble of these eggs n when u open the dumm add these scrumbled eggs in the rice.. enjoy with manchurian, shashlik or any other chinese dish
