Soak Brown chanaover night.
Drain the water and pressure cook for just 1 whistle with minimum water - 2
Strain the water (water is very nutritious can be used for soups or gravies)

Press each chanaas shown in picture

Sun dry it for 1 day

Take a thick bottom kadai
Add salt, place a ring a s pre heat for 10 minutes. - 6
Place dried chanajor in a vessel, close the lid and bake for 20 minutes on a medium flame

Homemade chanajor is ready, can add any masala of your choice.

NOTE: variation, dried ones can be deep fried also.
