Steps

1. Cut onion finely as much as possible.
2. Heat dosa pan add 2 cup of batter and spread little don't spread too much then it will become like dosa.
3. Gently spread the onion over the dosa. Drizzle some oil over dosa.
4. Close with lid and cook untill dosa done. If you need crispy onion you can flip the dosa and cook else you can have as it is.
5. I flipped over and had with nicely crisp onion uthappam. Enjoy with sambar and chutney.
