Firstly, in a large mixing bowl, grate 2 medium sized boiled potato,then, to that add 1 cup wheat flour also add 1 tbsp sooji, this helps to make poori crispy.

Now add spices like chilli powder, garam masala powder, ajwain seeds salt to taste and add 1 tsp of oil.

Then mix the spices, flour and aloo well.

Now slowly add water as required and prepare a dough.

Cut the dough into small or medium pieces

Make small sized balls between your palms.also roll the dough evenly into circles using rolling pin.

When the oil is hot, add one poori and press with the spoon to puff up

Once they puff, it will automatically turn over.and fry the poori till golden brown all over.

Finally, serve aloo poori with curry
