Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • 2 tbsphorseradish
  • 2 tbspketchup
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 8-10chicken drumsticks or thighs

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients (except for the chicken) and heat over medium heat in a sauce pan until boiling.

  2. 2

    Place chicken in 13x9 pan and pour the sauce in, making sure to cover the chicken with it.

  3. 3

    Bake in 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

  4. 4

    Serve with white rice.

I always had a love for all varieties of food, which is backed up by my family. Get-togethers have always had a strong culinary presence. At any time of the day, the dining table and kitchen counters would be littered with snacks while we eagerly awaited a hearty homestyle dinner.
