Steps

Wash the potatoes and slice them as thin as possible with a knife or a mandoline.

Put the slices in cold water and rinse a few times, until the water is clear. This will help remove the starch.

Boiled the water. Add salt. Add slices chips and cook for 3 to 4 min. Not over cooked.

After 3 to 4 min chips is half cooked. So transfer to clean cloths. Arrange them and do not overlap or they will stuck to each other.

Proper dry chips. Collect the wafers. Store to 1 to 2 years.

Heat the oil and fry the chips.

Transfer the kitchen paper. Sprinkle the salt and red chilli powder
