Green Peas and Cauliflower Sabzi

Wash the cauliflower and green peas. Steam it in a rice cooker or steamer and set aside.

Heat mustard oil in a cooking pan. When hot, add cumin seeds and let it sizzle. Add asafoetida.

Add the sliced garlic, green chillies and curry leaves and saute it for a minute or two.

Add turmeric powder, salt and kitchen king masala and saute for 30 seconds.
- 5
Add the steamed green peas and cauliflower and saute for few minutes.
- 6
Ready to serve.
