Cut the potatoes in small cubes and okra in small pieces.
In a pan heat oil and add cumin and mustard seeds. Once it starts fluttering add potatoes, ginger garlic paste and mix. Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes. - 2
Stirring occasionally. After 5 minutes add okra, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder and salt and mix well. Transfer to microwaveable dish and microwave for 6 minutes.
Okra and potatoes curry is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with naan or roti. - 3
You can amchur powder if preferred.
