Steps

Fry your oil with little onions till brown,dice you chilli&pepper and add to the oil.

Add some water,curry,pepper and all your seasons,let the mix boil and then wash your rice and add to the mix water.

When its 10mins to be done,add your diced onion and close,you can also add some cabbage and cooked egg and tomato.
