My kids love crisps, i wanted them to have a different taste. They love it.
Steps

Peel and wash the nduma
- 2
Cut into thin slices.

Wash carefully so that they don't break. Wash until you get clear water and place them on kitchen towel to dry.

Heat the oil under medium heat and deep fry them. Fry a small amount at a time. Frying alot can cause hot oil to spill over.

Remove and place on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil
- 6
Enjoy it as it is or with your favorite dip.
