Parboil the rice and wash.bring water to boil add the rice and salt cook untill is done.season and boil the beef

Repeat the same process you did for rice for beans.blend pepper,tatasi,tomatoes,ginger and garlic.boil the paste let the water in it go down.fry in veg oil for some minutes pour in the beef stock.

Add salt,onion,stew spices and thyme.
