Stir, add Maggi,thyme,curry and salt to taste. Cover pot and allow to cook on moderate heat for 3 minutes. Put off heat and serve with your hot rice and beans.

Pick beans, wash lightly and perboil then drain, perboil rice, wash and equally drain. Put water on fire, allow to boil and add rice and beans, add a little salt and cook until tender. Then set aside
