Ingredients

1 serving
  • 100 gchicken
  • 1/4green onion (cut into chunks)
  • 1 portionfor 1 person somen noodles
  • 200 mldashi
  • 1 packbonito flakes
  • ☆ Nanban sauce:
  • 3 tbssoy sauce
  • 3 tbssake
  • 3 tbsmirin (sweet sake)
  • 1.5 tspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, add 1 Tbsp of oil then heat and brown the chicken. Add a green onion when the chicken browned and add nanban sauce.

  2. 2

    In a large pot, add dashi, bonito flakes and boil. add step1.

  3. 3

    Another a pot, boil somen.

  4. 4

    Serve everything in a bowl.
