Ingredients

1 serving

100 gchicken
1/4green onion (cut into chunks)
1 portionfor 1 person somen noodles
200 mldashi
1 packbonito flakes
☆ Nanban sauce:
3 tbssoy sauce
3 tbssake
3 tbsmirin (sweet sake)
1.5 tspsugar

Steps

In a pan, add 1 Tbsp of oil then heat and brown the chicken. Add a green onion when the chicken browned and add nanban sauce.

In a large pot, add dashi, bonito flakes and boil. add step1.

Another a pot, boil somen.

Serve everything in a bowl.
