Ingredients

  1. 250 mlmayonnaise
  2. 250 mlchutney
  3. 250 mlboiled water
  4. 1 packagewhite onion soup
  5. 8-10potatoes
  6. 2onions
  7. Green or red pepper or both

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook potatoes till soft cut into rings at to dish

    Fry onions and peppers until translucent

    Through the onion mix over the potatoes

    Mix the mayonnaise, chutney and onion soup and then at the boiled water stir well and through over the potatoes

    Bake in oven 180°c till brown. Enjoy
