Put maida,salt,oil and carom seeds in a bowl.mix all ingredients together using your fingers.

Add Lukewarm water and knead the dough until smooth surface.dough rest for 20 minutes.

Make balls with the dough.

Roll this balls.

Heat oil in a wok.

Add mathri in warm oil and deep fry in low flame till golden brown and crisp.

Serve as a tea time snacks with ginger tea.sprinkle some chilli flakes when serve it.
