Meethi seviyan is a delicious and quick dessert. This is made for many many festive occasions and also can be served for breakfast or after dinner.

Meethi seviyan is a delicious and quick dessert. This is made for many many festive occasions and also can be served for breakfast or after dinner.

Firstly, take a 1 glass of seviyan.

Take water.

Take sugar.

Now, heat the ghee or oil in a pan.

Add seviyan in it and mix well.

Then stir fry until the seviyan golden brown. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

Add water in it.

Now, increase the heat to medium high and bring it to boil. After water is boiling reduce the heat to low medium and cover the pan. Cook till seviyan's are soft and the water is absorbed but not dry.

Add sugar,raisins, cardamoms and almonds.

Mix it well and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Turn off the heat,cover the pan and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before servings.

Serve Meethi Seviyan warm,garnish it with almonds
