150 gmsmince meat
Salt
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/4 tspcumin powder
1 clovegarlic minced
1/4 pieceonion
1 tspoil
1/2lemon

In a sufuria add in the garlic, once they become fragrant, add in the minced meat and cook for 8 min

Add in your spices and mix

Add in the onions mix abit then drizzle the juice of half lemon. Stir abit then remove from heat, mince meat filling is ready.
