So tasty and it's easy for breakfast love it so much

Peel your plantains, slice it, add Maggi to it and keep it aside.

Wash your red pepper and your onion. Grate the red pepper with a grater then slice your onion or cut it into pieces.

Break your eggs then add your curry, your maggi and salt to taste. Add your grated red pepper and slice or pieces onion and mix it up.

Pour your oil inside the pan and On your stove or cooker
- 5
When the oil is hot put the slice plantains and fry it till golden colour. Remove it from the oil and put it inside the colander.

On same pan add a little quantity of oil and pour your egg mixture.Continue to mix it using spoon until it's fry

Arrange your fried plantains in a container and put your egg sauce also.
