2 cupsdiced up fresh ripe mango
3roma tomatos chopped up
1medium onion chopped up
1 bunchcilantro chopped up
1cucumber chopped up
Juice of 2 limes
to tasteSalt
3-5serrano chile peppers

Put all chopped up ingrediants in a large bown and mix well.

Let sit in refridgerator for at least 30 minutes then mix again.

Serve over baked salmon, fish of your choice or eat with tortilla chips..
