  2. 1big glass buttermilk
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1 tspfennel seeds
  8. 1 tspfenugreek seeds
  9. 1 Pinchasafoetida
  10. 1 tsp (1 sprig)curry leaves
  11. 2 tbspoil

    Mix gram flour buttermilk and salt and add need water and let it boil when it start to boil lower the flame and let it boil now prepare tempering in a pan heat oil at all spices and seeds and Pour on the besan curry
