Ingredients

1 kgflour
1/2 kgcold butter
400-500 gcaster sugar
2-3 TBSgranulated sugar for crunch
2 TBSvanilla
Any nuts of your choice (optional)

Sift flour into a bowl. Rub in butter until well incorporated throughout

Sift in caster sugar and mix well. Add granulated sugar and vanilla, mix thoroughly

Nuts you can add them when you want to bake. Portion out the amount of topping, add nuts, mix well and top up on fruits then bake
