Ingredients

  1. 2 kgMilk
  2. 1 cupwashed and soaked rice (10 min.) before
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 pinchCardemom powder
  5. as neededAlmonds for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil milk with cardemon powder and add soaked rice in it on low flame.

    Stir the kheer in between and cook it till rice become soft and milk become thick. Add sugar in it and cook it till more thick.

    Kheer is ready, cool it and serve with almonds.
