Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup rice (add water to the rice and keep for an hour)
  • 1 tinmilkmaid or condensed milk
  • 2 litrefresh milk
  • A pinchsaffron
  • A pinchcardamom powder
  • Garnishing
  • as neededAlmonds and pistachio grinded

Steps

    Take a big vessel add milk,rice,cardamom powder, saffron, milkmaid and stir continously on low flame.Once the milk is completely soaked and rice is completely cooked,grind it to make smooth paste,add to your plate and garnish it with pistachio and almonds,can also serve with fluffy puris..❤
