Steps

Stuffing mixture:Cook 1 glass toordal in water direct on stove, Wen it's 80% cooked switch off the stove.

Drain the excess water, then add 1 glass Jaggery, 1 hand full fresh grated coconut, 5 elaichi fry well till Jaggery melts and leave it to cool.

Next grind all together and keep aside.

Batter:Take 1 glass of rice flour add to it little salt, lukewarm water and mix well to Roti batter consistency and keep it aside.

Take 1/4 glass of urad dal soak in water for an hour, wash it and grind to a fine paste.

Now mix the grinded urad dal paste to the rice flour mixture, add a pinch of soda, water if necessary (consistency should be like idli batter)

Next make round balls from the toordal mixture dip them in the batter carefully and deep fry.

Ready to eat🙂
